These establishments of Ludhiana booked for defying the orders issued by Police Commissioner

Residents of Ludhiana are still shocked after the incident happened at Castle Barbeque. But, the police is high on adrenaline and is nabbing those owners and managers who are caught violating the laws. As per the rules made by Rakesh Aggarwal, the new Police Commissioner of Ludhiana, Beer bars and eateries are not allowed to operate after 11:30 pm. However, some establishments openly breached the orders and are now facing the consequences.

At first, R2P -Right 2 Party Owner Varun Bagga and its manager were booked for opening the club post 12:30 am. The FIR against the duo has been registered at Sarabha Nagar Police Station and Section 188 of the IPC has been implemented. Later on, some other eateries were also found open after the deadline which included Dominos Pizza in Sarabha Nagar, Chaurasia Pan Store in Gurdev Nagar and another Pan Shop at Aarti Chowk.

On Tuesday, the police have booked a case against all the establishments for violating the orders. In regard to the crime happened in Pavillion Mall, proper investigation against Jaswinder and Jagdeep is going on where it is found that another person (unnamed) is also involved in the crime.
