Mohali becomes the Coronavirus hotspot of Punjab

With the ongoing lockdown situation and increasing cases in Punjab, unfortunately, the state has reached the stage of community spread. As per the information, the Mohali has become a coronavirus hotspot. So far, 41 positive cases have been reported in the district. The maximum number of the patients are coming in village Jawaharpur. The total population of the village is around 3000. Of which 2460 people were examined on Tuesday and corona samples of 118 people were taken. Of which the report of half is yet to come.

Talking to the sources regarding the current scenario, the CM of Punjab also commented that lockdown should be increased. The state government is doing everything possible to control the situation in Punjab. Until then, the government advised people to avoid any kind of movement in, around, and outside Mohali.
