Husband committed suicide; Wife booked

A woman and her relatives have been booked of abetment of suicide after her husband consumed poison. As per the information, Amandeep Singh (41) resident of Dashmesh Nagar, Gill Road owned a spare parts factory ended his life Tuesday night. He stated that he was upset and depressed from the torture by his wife and her relatives.

Accused Ramandeep Kaur, her brother Varinder Singh and mother Harjeet Kaur of Millar Gunj area have been booked. In his statement, Amandeep said that he and Ramandeep Kaur had been married 17 years but always suffered from a strained relationship. The couple had two children and he was tortured and taunted by his in-laws over-interference. He also revealed that six months ago, he bought a property in Vishkarma Colony which his wife and her mother falsely got registered under her name. Post the registration, his wife left the house with her children and denied returning home.

Amandeep said that on October 23, he visited his brother-in-law’s office where he was humiliated by him and his mother. Embarrassed of the act, the victim consumed pesticide and tried to commit suicide. SHO Inspector Amarjeet Singh said that since October 23, Amandeep was admitted in the hospital where his statement was recorded but he died yesterday night. A case against Ramandeep Kaur, Harjeet Kaur and Varinder Singh has been registered and soon they will be arrested after proper investigation, said SHO.

Viral Video: Woman beating her daughter ruthlessly; Finally under arrest

A viral video of the woman beating her daughter brutally is gaining the attention of the masses. In the video, the mother is thrashing her daughter out of anger and her father is doing nothing but making a video secretly. Not only this, the father posted the video on social handles and made it viral.

As per the information, it was revealed that the couple has stressful relations and normally fights with each other. In a reaction to their fights, the accused beat her daughter mercilessly and it is seen that the victim is crying and calling her father for help. After the viral video, the netizens expressed anger and hatred towards the cruel mother.

For being utterly inhuman, The Child Welfare Committee of the city filed a complaint against the mother. After investigation, the Pathankot police intervened and arrested the duo for the act. The police are gaining complete information so as to safeguard the child from such parents and take proper measures to provide her justice.

Inspired by Drishyam, Jalandhar man robs 30 people in 8 cities

A 35-year-old man from Jalandhar drugged, raped and stole from his customers. Reportedly, he preyed on 30 people from 8 cities. He was caught by MP police. Offering them lucrative and well-paid jobs, Simran Singh, used to call his customers to hotels, lace their coffees with drugs and in a sedated condition steal their expensive jewellery. He would take away the cheques and encash them the same day.

One of his victims came from Mumbai to meet him. Again, he followed the pattern. He raped her and robbed her of Rs 2 lakh. He lured the woman to Madhya Pradesh from Maharashtra on the pretext of life abroad.

The accused followed a trend in which he himself had got stuck. He wished for a sparkly life abroad but he was lured and robbed. What he did next? He repeated the same thing with his victims.

Another person living in Bhopal lost Rs 7 lakh. He robbed this woman after getting familiar with her caretaker. he even raped her.

The accused, Simran Singh has admitted to robbing victims in Bhopal, Gwalior, Ujjain, Dehradun, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat and Barabanki. He says he took inspiration from the film Drishyam as he threw away his victims’ mobile phones in trains.

Man shot his nephew over property issue

No wonder money has become more important than relations and life. Another case of murder due to a monetary dispute has come into the limelight when a Bathinda-based-man killed his nephew. As per the information, the deceased Kuldeep Singh (26) had a tiff with his uncle over some property due to which he was shot dead by his uncle. 

Not only this, the accused after murdering his nephew ran from the location and is currently in hiding. The police have sent the body for post-mortem and have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
